I am based at Taboo Studio & Co, 85 Forton Road, Gosport. We are situated in a row of shops, just up from St Vincent College.

We are a  15 minutes walk from Gosport Town.

The closest train station is Portsmouth Harbour, or Fareham.

There is a bus stop located along the road, where the E1 runs.

Free parking is located on the main road, out the front of St Vincent college.

Yes you can bring someone with you, although I usually advise just one person so the studio doesn't feel too crowded. Please do not bring any children under the age of 18.

I require a deposit for every booking. A deposit of £60 for day sessions, £20 for a minimum charge appointment (£50) and £40 for all other appointments. The deposit is non refundable but will come off the price of the tattoo when it comes to paying on the day. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice I will need to keep the deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook the appointment, due to being self employed, last minute cancellations affect my income. If more than 24 hours notice is given then I will move the deposit forward to the rebooked appointment or hold on to it until you are able to rebook.  Deposits can be sent either by Paypal, Bank transfer or cash at the studio. Send me a message if you require my bank / paypal details. 

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment just drop me a message on either my facebook, email or instagram. I understand that things happen that we can't always help, however I do ask for as much notice as possible so I can fill the space with another booking. 24 hours + is required for the deposit to be carried over.

We can provide Cocoa butter which is what I recommend for healing tattoos, the brand we provide is Palmers which can also be purchased at most chemists or supermarkets. 

We do not currently take card payments at the studio, we are cash only. There is a cash machine nearby but it has a small charge so please plan ahead.

Due to my workload I don't often get to finalize the design until the night before the appointment so I don't show the design prior, I will send you a sketch sometime the day before the appointment, usually in the evening, however I leave plenty of time to make any changes needed and make sure you are happy with the design. 

There is a small sloped step into the studio but we are always happy to help with access.

Yes! I really enjoy brining life back to old tattoos. When booking in be sure to send clear photos of the tattoo that you would like to be fixed up. Not all tattoos can be covered but if you are unsure, fill out a booking form including photos of the tattoo and the surrounding area of the tattoo so I can see how much space I have to work with and I will see if I think it is possible. Some tattoos may need a few sessions of laser removal treatment before being covered as they are too dark.

We do not curerntly offer laser removal at the studio.

Steve is an experienced piercer, as it is a brand new studio we cannot offer piercings just yet but we will be soon!

There are a few cafe's and takeout places along the road within a few minutes walk, including a premier.
